AV Collaborations developed in 2013 by Ann Rapstoff and myself. We work collaboratively, sharing an ongoing connection with the landscape and in particular the theme of water. Through walking, performance, video, sound, photography and drawing we are interested in developing a dialogue with the environment. We draw on perception, experimentation and experiential practice discovering another energy to the locations we visit. We have worked in locations around the UK, including The Gower Peninsula in Wales, North Yorkshire and Oxfordshire.
'Coat. The turning and returning of the tide' is a collaborative film with Hilary Kneale and Helen Poynor based on Hilary project "Coat". It was filmed in the tidal coast of South Devon.
